FOR PLANNING AND DESIGN FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A MEDICAL CLINIC FOR CHAPARRAL IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan and design for construction of a medical clinic in Chaparral in Otero county.
