FOR PLANNING, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A MIDDLE SCHOOL IN THE DEMING PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN DEMING IN LUNA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the public education department

nine million dollars ($9,000,000) to plan, design and construct a middle school in the Deming public school district in Deming in Luna county.
