I request that the following capital
outlay projects be funded:

one hundred twenty thousand dollars
($120,000) for repairs and improvements to baseball fields at Valley high
school in the
two hundred seventy-five thousand dollars
($275,000) for educational technology and wiring upgrades at Valley high school
in the
one hundred thirty-one thousand five
hundred dollars ($131,500) for educational technology at
fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for
educational technology at Alvarado elementary school in the
fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for
educational technology at Cochiti elementary school in the
one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars
($125,000) for educational technology at Griegos elementary school in the
seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000)
for educational technology at La Luz elementary school in the
