FOR REMODELING THE CARLSBAD SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT BUILDING IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) for the final phase of remodeling the Carlsbad soil and water conservation district building in Eddy county.
