HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 1048

REQUESTED BY James G. Taylor

FOR ATHLETIC COMPLEX IMPROVEMENTS AT NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY, WESTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY AND EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN MULTIPLE COUNTIES.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for athletic complex improvements at eastern New Mexico university in Portales in Roosevelt county; and

• to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands university

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for athletic complex improvements at New Mexico highlands university in Las Vegas in San Miguel county; and

• to the board of regents of western New Mexico university

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for athletic complex improvements at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county.
