FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF KANSAS STREET IN LAKE ARTHUR IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of transportation

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design and reconstruct Kansas street in Lake Arthur in Chaves county.
