FOR AN EDUCATION COMPLEX AND TELEVISION STUDIO AT THE NATIONAL HISPANIC CULTURAL CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of cultural affairs

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for an education complex and equipment for the television studio at the National Hispanic cultural center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;
