46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT SENIOR CENTERS IN TORRANCE AND SANTA FE COUNTIES.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state agency on aging

one hundred sixty thousand dollars ($160,000) to renovate and equip the Moriarty senior center in Torrance county;

fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) to improve the parking area, including drainage and resurfacing, and to purchase a storage shed for the Estancia senior center in Torrance county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct a parking area at the Edgewood senior center in Santa Fe county.
