FOR AN ADDITION TO THE MORA VALLEY COMMUNITY HEALTH SERVICES CLINIC IN MORA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design and construct an addition to the Mora Valley community health services clinic in Mora county.
