FOR ACQUIRING BOOKS FOR THE LIBRARY AT ELDORADO HIGH SCHOOL AND DEVELOPING AN ANIMATION STUDIO AT THE SOUTHWEST SECONDARY LEARNING CENTER IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the public education department

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to acquire non-textbook books for the library at Eldorado high school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county; and

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to develop an animation studio at the Southwest Secondary learning center in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
