FOR THE WATROUS WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT FOR THE WATROUS MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN MORA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred ninety-six thousand dollars ($196,000) to plan, design, construct and inspect a water storage tank foundation, a water storage tank and water level controls for the Watrous mutual domestic water consumers association in Mora county.
