FOR PUBLIC ACCESS IMPROVEMENTS AT ELEPHANT BUTTE LAKE STATE PARK IN SIERRA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the energy, minerals and natural resources department

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) for public access road and boat ramp improvements at Elephant Butte Lake state park in Sierra county.
