FOR EROSION AND FLOOD CONTROL FOR THE LOS MONTANOS ARROYO AT ENCHANTED HILLS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE RIO RANCHO PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to construct stabilization and erosion control devices and drainage for the Los Montanos arroyo at Enchanted Hills elementary school in the Rio Rancho public school district in Sandoval county.
