FOR A YOUTH SERVICES CENTER IN THE LIBRARY IN RIO RANCHO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thirty-three thousand one hundred dollars ($233,100) for construction of a youth services center in the library in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county.
