FOR PURCHASING A PROPERTY FOR A DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SHELTER IN ALAMOGORDO IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for purchasing a property for a shelter for victims of domestic violence in Alamogordo in Otero county.
