SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 69

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for phase 1 of the waste conversion pilot project in Bernalillo in Sandoval county;

• to the department of transportation

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to pave La Madera road in Bernalillo in Sandoval county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to purchase a security and exterior lighting system for the Sandoval county judicial complex; and

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to renovate the El Zocalo compound as a community development center in Bernalillo in Sandoval county.
