FOR DOWNTOWN STREETSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS RELATED TO THE MAIN STREET PROJECT IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for downtown streetscape improvements related to the main street project in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
