FOR UPGRADE OF THE OUTFIELD PLAYING SURFACE TO AN ARTIFICIAL TURF SURFACE AT THE CIBOLA HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL FACILITY IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the public education department

one hundred eighty thousand dollars ($180,000) for upgrade of the outfield playing surface to an artificial turf surface at the Cibola high school baseball facility in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
