FOR EQUIPMENT AND FURNITURE FOR THE BOYS' AND GIRLS' CLUB IN BLOOMFIELD IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase equipment and furniture for the boys' and girls' club in Bloomfield in San Juan county.
