I request that the following capital
outlay project be funded:
• to the department of environment
two million ninety-five thousand one
hundred fifty-three dollars ($2,095,153) for replacement of the existing
treatment facility with a new sewage pump station and force main for improvements
of the Williams Acres water and sanitation district wastewater system in
McKinley county.
