FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE SIDNEY GUTIERREZ MIDDLE SCHOOL BUILDING IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for improvements to the Sidney Gutierrez middle school building in Roswell in Chaves county.
