FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state agency on aging

fifty-two thousand dollars ($52,000) to design and construct an addition to the senior center in Artesia in Eddy county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred eighty thousand dollars ($180,000) to construct a restroom and concession stand at the fairgrounds in Artesia in Eddy county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to design and construct an addition to the vocational training center in Artesia in Eddy county.
