FOR A PEDESTRIAN WALKWAY ON NEW MEXICO HIGHWAY 4 IN JEMEZ SPRINGS IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for improvements, including engineering, design, right-of-way acquisition and construction of a pedestrian walkway on New Mexico highway 4 in Jemez Springs in Sandoval county.
