FOR A NEEDS ASSESSMENT OF THE COUNTY ROAD DEPARTMENT IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for a needs assessment for improvements at the county road department in Valencia county.
