FOR THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A FOUNDATION AND PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF A WATER STORAGE TANK FOR THE CARNUEL MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER AND WASTEWATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to design and construct a foundation and purchase and install a water storage tank for the Carnuel mutual domestic water and wastewater consumers association in Bernalillo county.
