FOR PHASE 1 PLANNING, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A REGIONAL WASTEWATER SYSTEM FOR ELEPHANT BUTTE IN SIERRA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

two million nine hundred thousand dollars ($2,900,000) for phase 1 planning, design and construction of a facility for a north area Sierra regional wastewater system in Elephant Butte in Sierra county.
