I request that the following capital
outlay projects be funded:
• to the state agency on aging
four hundred sixty-five thousand nine
hundred seventy dollars ($465,970) for adult daycare project construction and
an addition to the

to the local government division of the department of finance and
administration
three hundred fifty thousand dollars
($350,000) to design and construct a youth sports complex in
four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000)
to renovate the adult softball complex in
five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000)
to design and construct an institute to study cave and karst formations in
two hundred fifty thousand dollars
($250,000) to renovate the exterior of the Walter Gerrells performing arts and
exhibition center in
three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000)
to improve the cemetery in
four hundred fifty thousand dollars
($450,000) to improve the exterior of the Riverwalk recreation center in
one hundred fifty thousand dollars
($150,000) to design and construct a roller hockey park in the riverwalk
recreation center in

thousand dollars ($10,000) to construct downtown streetscapes in
one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000)
to design and construct racquetball courts at the riverwalk recreation center
