FOR A FIRE DEPARTMENT IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to plan, design and construct a fire department in Rio Arriba county.
