FOR COMMUNICATION-INSTRUCTIONAL EQUIPMENT AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN PORTALES IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

fifty thousand eight hundred thirty dollars ($50,830) to purchase journalism and public relations technology system for eastern New Mexico university in Portales in Roosevelt county;

nine thousand six hundred dollars ($9,600) to purchase a public address system for eastern New Mexico university in Portales in Roosevelt county; and

eighty-four thousand six hundred dollars ($84,600) to purchase a broadcasting and convergence system for eastern New Mexico university in Portales in Roosevelt county.
