HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 470

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN THE PUEBLO OF JEMEZ IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

sixty-two thousand dollars ($62,000) to purchase two patrol vehicles with required equipment for the police department in the Pueblo of Jemez in Sandoval county;

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for the planning and design of a permanent facility for Walatowa high school in the Pueblo of Jemez in Sandoval county;

thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000) for the purchase and installation of a sewer pump to increase the water pressure and sewage needs and to upgrade electrical lines and sockets at Walatowa high school in the Pueblo of Jemez in Sandoval county; and

one hundred twenty-seven thousand dollars ($127,000) for improvements to the wastewater treatment system in the Pueblo of Jemez in Sandoval county.
