FOR CONSTRUCTING A SHADE STRUCTURE AT THE FAIRGROUNDS IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to construct a shade structure for the livestock at the fairgrounds in Sandoval county.
