FOR PLANNING, DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTING A TRACK FACILITY IN THE MORA INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT IN MORA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the public education department

four hundred ninety-six thousand eight hundred ninety-seven dollars ($496,897) to plan, design and construct a track facility in the Mora independent school district in Mora county.
