FOR THE SANTA ROSA WARM-WATER FISH HATCHERY, REARING STATION AND EDUCATION CENTER IN GUADALUPE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

six million dollars ($6,000,000) to remodel, plan, design, construct, equip and acquire land and buildings for economic development for the warm-water fish hatchery, rearing station and educational center in Santa Rosa in Guadalupe county.
