FOR EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH DEVELOPMENT FOR THE CENTER FOR THE EDUCATION AND STUDY OF DIVERSE POPULATIONS AT NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY IN LAS VEGAS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands university

three million five hundred thousand dollars ($3,500,000) for educational research development for the center for the education and study of diverse populations at New Mexico highlands university in Las Vegas in San Miguel county.
