FOR PURCHASE OF VEHICLES FOR THE ARCH HURLEY CONSERVANCY DISTRICT TUCUMCARI IRRIGATION PROJECT IN QUAY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase heavy equipment vehicles for the Arch Hurley conservancy district Tucumcari irrigation project in Quay county.
