FOR A TRAFFIC LIGHT AT FIRST AND RITCHIE STREETS IN ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of transportation

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for a traffic light at First and Ritchie streets in Artesia in Eddy county.
