FOR EQUIPMENT AND FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS AT THE ROSWELL BOYS' AND GIRLS' CLUB IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for equipment and facility improvements at the Roswell boys' and girls' club in Chaves county.
