FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE SANTA TERESA WASTEWATER PLANT IN SUNLAND PARK IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000) for improvements to the Santa Teresa wastewater plant, including placement of a digester, a sludge bed and pipeline to the Rio Grande, in Sunland Park in Dona Ana county.
