FOR AN ALL-PURPOSE CENTER AT LUNA VOCATIONAL-TECHNICAL INSTITUTE IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the governing board of Luna vocational-technical institute

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for construction of an all-purpose center at Luna vocational-technical institute in San Miguel county.
