STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Ben D. Altamirano

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR SANTA CLARA IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for water system improvements in Santa Clara in Grant county; and

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for sewer system improvements for Santa Clara in Grant county;

• to the department of transportation

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for street chip sealing projects in Santa Clara in Grant county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for infrastructure improvements in the industrial park in Santa Clara in Grant county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for improvements at the old senior center in Santa Clara in Grant county.
