FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR CERTIFIED MAIN STREET COMMUNITIES STATEWIDE.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million dollars ($1,000,000) for capital improvements for certified main street communities statewide, including improvements to downtown rights of way and public projects to stimulate commercial district economic vitality.
