FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A WATER SYSTEM FOR THE LA UNION MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN LA UNION IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

five hundred twenty-one thousand nine hundred dollars ($521,900) for the design and construction of a water system for the La Union mutual domestic water consumers association in La Union in Dona Ana county.
