FOR AN AQUATIC THERAPY AND CONDITIONING POOL AT THE "TOW" DIEHM TRAINERS' ROOM AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for an aquatic therapy and conditioning pool at the "Tow" Diehm trainers' room at the university of New Mexico in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
