FOR A TECHNOLOGY LEARNING LABORATORY AT THE ESPANOLA MIDDLE SCHOOL IN THE ESPANOLA PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the public education department

one hundred eighty-six thousand dollars ($186,000) to plan, design, construct and furnish a technology learning laboratory at the Espanola middle school in the Espanola public school district in Rio Arriba county.
