FOR PHASE 1 CONSTRUCTION OF THE AMBASSADOR EDWARD L. ROMERO PARK IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for phase 1 construction of the Ambassador Edward L. Romero park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
