FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE LOWELL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the public education department

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to plan, design, remodel, furnish and equip a library and restroom at Lowell elementary school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
