FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE VAUGHN MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICT.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the public education department

one hundred eight thousand dollars ($108,000) for the purchase of an activity bus for the Vaughn municipal school district in Guadalupe county;

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for the purchase of heavy equipment for the Vaughn municipal school district in Guadalupe county;

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) for a sprinkler system and sod for the athletic multipurpose field for the Vaughn muncipal school district in Guadalupe county; and

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to upgrade the lighting at the athletic multipurpose field in the Vaughn municipal school district in Guadalupe county.
