FOR RESURFACING NEW MEXICO HIGHWAY 491 IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of transportation

four million five hundred thousand dollars ($4,500,000) to resurface New Mexico highway 491 in San Juan county.
