FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN LORDSBURG IN HIDALGO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for water line replacement in Lordsburg in Hidalgo county; and

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for fluoride remediation in Lordsburg in Hidalgo county; and

• to the department of transportation

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for street improvements in Lordsburg in Hidalgo county.
