REQUESTED BY John Arthur Smith

FOR UPGRADING HIDALGO COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS AND BRINGING THEM INTO COMPLIANCE WITH THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT OF 1990.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to upgrade Hidalgo county fairgrounds and bring them into compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
